Contacts

Contacts are the people your AI agents will call. EolasFlow helps you import, organize, and track all your contact interactions in one place.

Contact Overview

Each contact record includes:
  • Name - First and last name
  • Phone - Primary phone number for calling
  • Email - Email address (optional)
  • Company - Organization they belong to
  • Status - Lead, Prospect, Customer, or Churned
  • Priority - High, Medium, or Low
  • Lead Source - Where the contact came from

Adding Contacts

Add Single Contact

Navigate to Contacts

Go to Dashboard → Contacts and click Add Contact.

Enter Details

Fill in the contact information. At minimum, you need:
  • Name
  • Phone number

Set Status and Priority

Choose the appropriate status (Lead, Prospect, etc.) and priority level.

Save

Click Save to add the contact to your database.

Import from CSV

For bulk imports, use our CSV import feature:

Download Template

Click Import CSVDownload Template to get a properly formatted spreadsheet.

Fill in Your Data

Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets and add your contacts.

Upload the File

Click Import CSVChoose File and select your completed spreadsheet.

Map Columns

Verify that columns are mapped correctly (Name → Name, Phone → Phone, etc.).

Import

Click Import to add all contacts. Duplicates are automatically detected.

CSV Format

Your CSV should include these columns:

Phone numbers should include the country code (e.g., +1 for US, +44 for UK).

Contact Statuses

Track where each contact is in your pipeline:

Find contacts quickly using filters:
  • Search: Type a name, phone, or email
  • Status Filter: Show only Leads, Prospects, etc.
  • Priority Filter: Filter by High, Medium, or Low priority

Contact Statistics

The Contacts page shows key metrics:

Editing Contacts

  1. Click on any contact row to open the detail view
  2. Click Edit to modify information
  3. Update fields as needed
  4. Click Save to apply changes

Interaction History

Each contact automatically tracks:
  • All calls made to them
  • Call outcomes (answered, voicemail, etc.)
  • AI-generated call summaries
  • Notes and follow-up tasks

Best Practices

Clean Your Data: Remove invalid phone numbers and duplicates before importing.
Use Consistent Formatting: Standardize phone numbers with country codes.
Segment Wisely: Use statuses and priorities to organize contacts for targeted campaigns.
Respect Privacy: Only import contacts who have consented to receive calls. Follow TCPA, GDPR, and other regulations.

Deleting Contacts

To remove a contact:
  1. Open the contact detail view
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion
Deleting a contact removes all their call history. This action cannot be undone.
