  2. Find the number you want to release
  3. Click the Release button

Using Numbers in Campaigns

When creating a campaign, you’ll select which phone number to use:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → New Campaign
  2. In the Phone Number dropdown, select from your purchased numbers
  3. This number will be the caller ID for all calls in that campaign
Each campaign can only use one phone number. Create separate campaigns if you need different caller IDs.

Caller ID Display

Your phone number appears as the caller ID when your AI makes calls. Consider:
  • Recognition: Use the same number consistently so contacts recognize you
  • Trust: Local numbers tend to have higher answer rates
  • Compliance: Some regions require caller ID to match your registered business

Number Requirements by Country

Different countries have different regulations:
CountryRequirements
USABusiness verification may be required
UKAddress verification for local numbers
CanadaSimilar to USA requirements
AustraliaBusiness registration may be needed
EolasFlow handles most compliance automatically. You may be asked to provide business documentation for certain number types.

Costs

Phone numbers have two types of costs:
  1. Monthly Fee: Recurring charge to keep the number active
  2. Per-Minute Usage: Charged per minute of call time
View your current costs in Dashboard → Billing.

Best Practices

Start with One Number: Begin with a single number to test. Add more as you scale.
Match Your Market: Use local numbers where your contacts are located.
Keep Numbers Active: Numbers you’ve used build reputation over time. Avoid frequently changing numbers.
Test Before Campaigns: Make test calls to ensure your number works and displays correctly.

Troubleshooting

Number Not Working

If calls aren’t connecting:
  1. Check that the number status is Active
  2. Verify you have sufficient credits in your account
  3. Ensure the destination number is valid
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Low Answer Rates

If contacts aren’t answering:
  • Try a local number in their area code
  • Avoid calling during off-hours
  • Check if your number has been flagged as spam
