EolasFlow uses a credit-based system for AI voice calls. Purchase credits, track your usage, and manage your billing all in one place.

Credit System Overview

A 2-minute and 30-second call is billed as 3 minutes ($0.75).

Viewing Your Balance

Check your credit balance anytime:
  1. Look at the header - your balance is always displayed
  2. Or go to Dashboard → Usage for detailed view
Your balance shows two types of credits:
  • Purchased Credits - Credits you’ve bought
  • Bonus Credits - Free credits from promotions (used first)

Purchasing Credits

Navigate to Usage

Go to Dashboard → Usage and click Add Credits.

Select Package

Choose from available credit packages. Larger packages often include bonus credits.

Apply Coupon (Optional)

Enter a coupon code if you have one.

Complete Payment

Pay securely via Stripe. Cards and other payment methods accepted.

Credits Added

Credits are added to your account immediately.

Using Coupon Codes

If you have a promotional code:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Usage
  2. Click Add Credits
  3. Enter your coupon code in the coupon field
  4. Click Apply
  5. The discount is shown before payment
Coupons can provide:
  • Percentage discounts
  • Fixed amount discounts
  • Bonus credits

Transaction History

View all your credit transactions:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Usage
  2. Click the Transaction History tab
  3. See all purchases, bonuses, and deductions
Each transaction shows:
  • Date and time
  • Transaction type (Purchase, Usage, Bonus)
  • Amount
  • Balance after transaction

Service Usage

Track how your credits are being used:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Usage
  2. Click the Service Usage tab
  3. View detailed call-by-call usage
Each usage record shows:
  • Call date and time
  • Duration (minutes)
  • Cost
  • Phone number
  • Call status
Export usage data for accounting or analysis.

How Billing Works

Call Billing

  1. Call starts - no charge yet
  2. Call connects - timer starts
  3. Call ends - duration recorded
  4. Duration rounded up to nearest minute
  5. Credits deducted at $0.25/minute

Low Balance Warnings

EolasFlow alerts you when credits are low:
  • Warning at $5 remaining
  • Critical alert at $1 remaining
  • Calls may fail if balance reaches $0
Keep sufficient credits to avoid interrupted campaigns.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe:
  • Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
All transactions are:
  • Encrypted with TLS
  • PCI-DSS compliant
  • No card details stored on EolasFlow servers

Understanding Your Invoice

After each purchase, you receive:
  • Email confirmation
  • Transaction record in Usage dashboard
  • Can be exported for accounting

Buy Ahead: Purchase credits before large campaigns to avoid interruptions.
Monitor Usage: Check the Usage tab regularly to understand your spending.
Use Larger Packages: Take advantage of bonus credits on larger purchases.
