What is EolasFlow?

EolasFlow combines advanced AI voice technology with a complete contact center platform. Your AI assistants can:
  • Make and receive calls with natural, human-like conversation
  • Schedule appointments using the built-in Planner with multi-resource support

Choose from multiple AI pipelines per assistant: OpenAI Realtime, Gemini Live, or a Custom pipeline (Deepgram STT + your choice of LLM + your choice of TTS). LLM options include OpenAI, Groq, xAI Grok, and Google Gemini. TTS options include ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Google, Sarvam, and more.
