Get Started with EolasFlow

This guide walks you through creating your first AI-powered voice campaign. By the end, you’ll have an AI agent making calls on your behalf.
Prerequisites: You need an EolasFlow account. Sign up here if you haven’t already.

Step 1: Verify Your Phone Number

Before making outbound calls, you need to verify your personal phone number for security.

Go to Profile Settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Profile or click on your avatar in the top right corner.

Enter Your Phone Number

In the Security & Verification section, enter your mobile phone number.

Enter Verification Code

You’ll receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Enter it to complete verification.

Step 2: Purchase a Phone Number

You need a phone number that your AI agent will use to make calls.

Go to Phone Numbers

Navigate to Dashboard → Phone Numbers.

Browse Available Numbers

Click Browse & Buy tab to see available numbers. Select your country and search by area code if needed.

Purchase a Number

Click Buy Now on the number you want. The number will be ready immediately.
Start with a local number in your target market for better answer rates.

Step 3: Create an AI Agent

AI agents are the voice personas that handle your calls.

Go to AI Agents

Navigate to Dashboard → AI Agents and click New Agent.

Choose Agent Type

Select Voice for phone calls. Give your agent a name like “Sales Assistant”.

Configure the Agent

Set up your agent’s personality, script, and objectives. The agent will follow this guidance during calls.

Save Your Agent

Click Create Agent to save. Your agent is now ready to use in campaigns.

Step 4: Import Contacts

Add the people you want your AI to call.

Go to Contacts

Navigate to Dashboard → Contacts.

Add Contacts

Either:
  • Click Add Contact to add individuals manually
  • Click Import CSV to bulk import from a spreadsheet

Verify Contact Data

Ensure each contact has at least a name and phone number.
For CSV imports, download our template first to ensure your data is formatted correctly.

Step 5: Create Your Campaign

Campaigns bring together your agent, contacts, and phone number.

Go to Campaigns

Navigate to Dashboard → Campaigns and click New Campaign.

Configure Campaign

  • Name: Give your campaign a descriptive name
  • Type: Choose Sales, Support, Marketing, or Research
  • Direction: Select Outbound for proactive calling
  • Agent: Select the AI agent you created
  • Phone Number: Select your purchased number

Add Contacts

Select which contacts to include in this campaign.

Launch Campaign

Save your campaign and click the Play button to start calling!

Step 6: Make a Test Call

Before launching to all contacts, test with yourself.

Go to Call Logs

Navigate to Dashboard → Call Logs.

Start Test Call

Click Test Call, select your campaign and agent, enter your own phone number.

Review the Call

After the call, review the recording and transcript to fine-tune your agent.

You’re Ready!

Congratulations! You’ve set up your first AI voice campaign. Your agent will now make calls according to your campaign settings.
